Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes schedules change. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients fairly and manage our studio’s schedule effectively, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

• Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session once, at no additional charge, provided they notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling is subject to our availability.
• Cancellations:
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit.
• Studio No-Show: If a client fails to arrive for their scheduled session without any prior notice, the entire session fee will be forfeited, and any future bookings will require full payment in advance.
• Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances: For outdoor shoots, if the weather is unsuitable (e.g., heavy rain, storm), we will gladly reschedule your session at the earliest available date convenient for both parties. Similarly, if Aaditya Studio needs to cancel due to an emergency, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at the client’s discretion.
