Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Aaditya Studio website and the services we provide. By booking a session or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.
• The studio accepts payment via [Cash, Bank Transfer, UPI, etc.].

2. Session Guidelines

• The client is responsible for their own and their party’s conduct and safety during the session.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrival may result in a reduced shooting time.

3. Image Delivery and Copyright

• Aaditya Studio retains the copyright to all images created.
• Upon full payment, the client receives a personal use license for the delivered digital images. This license allows the client to print, share online, and reproduce the images for personal use.
• The client may not sell the images, use them for commercial purposes, enter them into competitions, or alter them in any way (including applying filters or editing) without the written permission of Aaditya Studio.
• The turnaround time for delivering final images will be discussed with you at the time of booking.

4. Model Release

• Aaditya Studio may wish to use your images for its portfolio, website, social media, advertising, or other promotional materials. We will only do so with your express written permission via a separate Model Release form.

5. Liability

• While we take the utmost care, Aaditya Studio’s liability is limited to the value of the session fee. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to property during the session.
• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all subjects have the necessary permissions and are fit for the photoshoot.

6. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or change our Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page.
