Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services.
- Session Fees: As per our Cancellation Policy, refunds for session fees are only applicable for cancellations made with sufficient notice (48 hours or more).
- Digital Images & Creative Work: Due to the intangible and custom nature of photography, all sales of digital images, albums, prints, and other products are final once the work has been delivered to the client. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on delivered digital files or printed products.
- Quality Issues: We take immense pride in our work. If you receive a product (e.g., print, album) that is damaged, defective, or does not match what was ordered, please contact us immediately. We will replace the defective product at no cost to you.
- Dissatisfaction with Services: If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of your session. We are committed to working with you to address your concerns, which may include a re-shoot at our discretion, but monetary refunds are not provided for services already rendered.
